1, All products sold by F-MAX are covered under an warranty period stated in the table below.And the “warranty Period” will start from the goods arrival date to the customers.
2, F-MAX will repair or replace the defected products under the warranty period with F-MAX’s components,but F-MAX may replace better new products based on the advanced technology on its products.
3, Only F-MAX manufactured products can be returned, and all products must be installed and implemented properly by customers.
4, Any faulty products happen during warranty period,customers should contact the salesman directly and initiate the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process. Once EMA confirmed by F-MAX After-sale Services Department,the defected products can be returned for repairing or replacing.We can send out the new products within 20 days upon we received the faulty products.
